Anti-corrosion Rock Bolt in Padma Bridge

Padma Bridge is located on Padma River in Bangladesh. It is a bridge for both highway and railway. After its construction, it will be the first bridge to cross Padma River and the biggest one in Bangladesh. It can not only connect 21 districts in south Bangladesh with capital, Dhaka, but also break the south of Pan-Asian railroad.

Padma Bridge is a steel girder and double-deck bridge structural style. The upper layer is a four-lane highway and the lower layer is a single-line railway. This project includes a 6.15-kilometer-long and 18.10-meter-wide bridge, 15.1-kilometer-long approach road, toll station and service area.

The quantity of dredging is about 100 million cubic meters, whole project cost is about 3 billion dollars. Construction period is about 4 years and it is predicted to be opened to traffic in 2018.

The function of Padma Bridge is to protect embankment and avoid corrosion. So anti-corrosion anchor bolt is suit for this project. Stainless self drilling anchor bolt and duplex coating rock bolt are all the anti-corrosion products in Sinorock. They have not only beautiful appearance, anti-corrosion quality, but also good strength and high wear resistance.
